Basic Technical Specifications

The high-voltage side rated voltage is 10 kV (optional 6 kV, 35 kV), and the low-voltage side adopts low-voltage, high-current design with rated voltage of 200V, 380V or customizable specifications. Rated frequency is 50Hz/60Hz, compatible with power grid standards of different countries and regions. The connection group is mainly Dyn11, which can effectively suppress harmonic interference and ensure stable power supply quality for the electroslag remelting process.

The winding uses high-purity oxygen-free copper wire, with tight winding and advanced vacuum impregnation process, effectively reducing load loss and saving energy consumption for long-term operation. Reliable Insulation & Cooling System

Adopting oil-immersed insulation structure, the transformer uses high-quality mineral insulating oil or optional FR3 natural ester eco-friendly insulating oil, with excellent insulation performance and heat dissipation effect. The fully sealed corrugated oil tank can automatically adjust the volume with temperature changes, isolating the transformer oil from air and moisture, avoiding oil oxidation and aging, and extending the service life of the transformer. The cooling system supports natural oil circulation (ONAN) and forced oil circulation (OFAF) options; the forced cooling mode is suitable for high-load continuous production scenarios, ensuring stable operation without overheating even under long-term full load.

Strong Overload & Short-Circuit Resistance

The winding adopts a reinforced structure, with strong mechanical strength, capable of withstanding the impact of short-circuit current and avoiding winding deformation or damage. The transformer is equipped with a complete set of protection devices, including gas relays, pressure relief valves and temperature controllers, which can monitor the operating status in real time, issue alarms or cut off power automatically in case of overheating, oil leakage or gas accumulation, effectively protecting the transformer and electroslag furnace equipment.
