Basic Technical Specifications

The rated capacity of the single-phase pole-mounted transformer ranges from 5 kVA to 500 kVA, fully covering the power demand of small and medium-sized single-phase load scenarios such as rural households, street lighting and small commercial shops. The high-voltage side rated voltage is mainly 10 kV (optional 2.4 kV, 6 kV, 13.8 kV), and the low-voltage side rated voltage is 120V/240V or 220V/380V, which is fully compatible with the single-phase power supply standards of most countries and regions.

This installation method not only saves precious land resources, especially suitable for crowded urban areas and mountainous areas with limited land, but also reduces the construction cycle and installation cost by 50%–70% compared with ground-mounted transformers.

The transformer is equipped with a dedicated pole-mounted bracket and lifting lugs, which is easy to lift and install, and can be completed by 2–3 workers in a short time. The winding adopts high-quality oxygen-free copper wire, with a tight and concentric winding structure and advanced vacuum impregnation process, which effectively reduces load loss and improves the overall energy efficiency of the transformer.

It is standard equipped with a gas relay, pressure relief valve, temperature controller and oil level indicator, which can monitor the operating status of the transformer in real time.
