S Series 10kV/20kV Three‑Phase Oil‑Immersed Distribution Transformer

Our S‑series (S11/S13/S20/S22) oil‑immersed transformers are designed for 10kV or 20kV, 50Hz AC power systems. They serve as distribution transformers for industrial plants (petroleum, metallurgy, chemical, textile) and sites with heavy dust.

High‑Efficiency Core: Grain‑oriented cold‑rolled silicon steel, full‑oblique step‑lap stacking, multi‑stage stepped circular core, low no‑load loss.

Robust Windings: High‑purity oxygen‑free copper, corrugated oil channels, tight tape binding, non‑impregnated paint; HV side with off‑circuit tap changer (±2×2.5%).

Fully Sealed Tank: Corrugated steel tank, no conservator, vacuum oil filling; compensates oil expansion/contraction, prevents moisture ingress, maintenance‑free.

Safety & Reliability: Pressure relief valve standard; optional gas relay (alarm/trip); strong short‑circuit resistance, long service life.

Compliance: IEC 60076, GB 1094, GB/T 6451.
