Product Description

YB-40.5/1.14kV prefabricated substation is a high-voltage compact outdoor box-type power distribution device with a capacity range of 30kVA to 6300kVA. This factory pre-assembled modular substation integrates 40.5kV high-voltage switchgear, power transformer and 1.14kV low-voltage distribution system as a complete unit. Featuring compact structure, fast on-site installation, excellent weather resistance and high safety stability, it complies with international IEC standards. Specially designed for high-voltage power conversion scenarios, it is widely used for wind power plants, industrial mining, large-scale power stations and high-grade outdoor power supply projects worldwide.

The whole equipment adopts high-strength anti-corrosion and weatherproof shell with excellent rainproof, dustproof, anti-aging and anti-corrosion performance, adapting to harsh outdoor environments such as wind farms, mining areas and coastal areas. The internal independent partition structure realizes physical isolation of high voltage, transformer and low voltage chambers, equipped with reliable mechanical interlock and complete electrical protection devices.
